AIt's my first cake I'm actually charging for and I have no clue how much to charge. It's a 10" cake 4" high covered with fondant. It's red velvet with cream cheese frosting. Very simple decoration grass border on the bottom and all different jungle animals around the side out of gum paster flat not he side of the cake. A few more decorations on top. I have no clue how much to price it. Can someone please help?
How much are your ingredients? Cost of supplies? Overhead? Kitchen rental? We need more details.
