AMy first time making chocolate buttercream and not sure how I feel about it. Using Sugarshack chocolate bc recipe. Maybe it's too bitter? I've used 4 lbs powdered sugar, should I add more?
If it uses cocoa and you think it's too bitter, you can try adding some melted chocolate to sweeten it up a little. Hopefully someone else will have an answer for you!
AI do 250g butter, 500g sugar, 100g melted milk chocolate and 50g cocoa powder. It's yummy.
