Hello good friends!  I'm seeking your expert opinions on which icing would travel better for 4 hours in a car.  The cake will be decorated with rosettes.  My choices are SMBC or crusting buttercream.  It should be in the high 50s tomorrow with no humidity.  Thanks once again~

Probably a little too late for this, but I would have used the crusting buttercream!
