ACan any body give me a good receipe for butter cream that Will not turn saggy and a good filling receipe for a fondant cake

There are heaps of threads about recipes, use Search and you will find lots of recipes and opinions etc. This is just me being a bit cheeky, but did you post this in Cake Disasters because you are anticipating your cake becoming one?
