Hi there all, I'm on the look out for a sturdy, and moist vanilla cake recipe, (I'm making a 10 and 12" square wedding cake)
It should preferably use oil instead of butter please. Are there any like that out there?
And how to I substitute oil in place of butter if I can' t find a recipe like the one I'm looking for?
I use Buddy Valastro's vanilla cake recipe. It's sturdy, somewhat spongy in texture, moist and delicious! It uses oil. It's my go-to cake recipe!!
Thanks so much, I will google his recipe and give it a try!
