AI was asked recently to do a wedding cake with multiple flavors and to do a grooms "cake" of stacked doughnuts. I have never done both cakes before and am unsure of how many doughnuts and cake servings to make? The bride is expecting at least 250. Any suggestions would be helpful!

It depends a bit on what the bride wants.  Usually about 2/3rds of the servings come from the bride's cake and the rest from the grooms but this is a different arrangement. Donuts are not really cake.  I would make at least 200 servings from cake and use 50 donuts.

AThank you. That sounds great! Have you ever made a chocolate glaze that can be poured over the doughnuts that crusts a little. Like Krispy Kreme

No, sorry I haven't had that opportunity :)

I would suggest a simple glae of powder, cocoa powder and water (or other liquid).
