Belaboring of points happens all the time, on this forum and others. It's the result of everyone giving their two cents, things are going to get repeated a lot. That's just the way it is on an internet forum. 

I just wish people would at least reserve their nasty for when the OP is being really intractable and trying to argue the point, which is not at all the case in this thread. The OP did not respond to the criticism by just calling everyone a bunch of meanies for not liking her cake. She responded pretty nicely and calmly, especially compared to some of the responses I have seen on this forum. 

I have no idea what this thread is even about anymore.
