I wish I could make cakes that require refrigeration under the CFL. Oh well...no cannoli cakes or marscapone filling for my customers. Bummer...! I get bored with buttercream, even with flavors.

Me, too, Norasmom. I'm a much better cook/baker than my menu implies. I'd love to offer cheesecakes, real pastry cream fillings, custards, and mousses.
