Hi all,

   I've just ordered a Ateco rolling circle cutter but it is quite small, 2.5 inches I believe, which will be okay for smaller cookies like shortbread, but has any one found a larger rolling cutter? Not just for cookies but it would be good for cutting pate sucre for tarts!

AI have that one also, but I think it is the only size. Works great for biscuits. I thought the circles would distort, but they don't.
