I use Sterilite boxes, available cheaply from Wal-Mart.  There are no plastic inserts, but we use these to freeze both iced and naked cupcakes in our bakery as well as deliver hundreds of cupcakes to large events.

You can buy these in the stores or just order them with free ship-to-store.

I use these: http://www.bakedeco.com/detail.asp?id=4247&catid=558#.UlszL4oo5jp I couldn't survive with-out them. They come in two depths........the shallower ones work great for me with cupcakes. They handle perfectly in and out of the freezer, none have cracked or broken over 2 years of steady use (including putting them through a commercial dishwasher). They are Cambro, so it meets health dept. regulations. You do have to buy the lids separately, but that's no problem.

There are also full and half sheet pan covers that work just as wonderfully, by Focus Company: http://focusfoodservice.com/solutions/plastic-sheet-pan-covers.html  I also LOVE these covers. I can stack product up to the ceiling of my vehicle with-out worry. The lids snap on so tightly it makes the sheet pans air tight....sometimes I have a hard time getting them off the pan it fits so well. I bought mine at my local Restaurant Depot Store.......but I couldn't find it on their website.

I use the same as Stitches, but I have the plastic covers from Nordic Ware (1/4 sheet and 1/2 sheet) but I notice that on my quarter sheets they only fit Nordic Ware brand pans.  I have some generic sheet pans that have sharper corners, and the lids don't work on those.  Just an FYI.
