AHas anyone who has installed a commercial oven in a kitchen on their home property had a covered warranty? I am finding that manufacturers will void the warranty because it was not installed in a "commercial" kitchen. Regardless of what the kitchen is licensed as.

It isn't a question of whether you're licensed so much as whether your kitchen is set up to handle that equipment http://www.missionrs.com/blog/resources/5-reasons-to-reconsider-installing-a-commercial-range-at-home/

AThank you for that link! We will have everything plumbed to code, fire dept inspection/permit, etc. I'll have to contact our homeowners insurance and talk to them.

Sure thing...proof that your kitchen is safety compliant for that equipment and you didn't just install it in a 'home kitchen' ought to take care of it:)
