AHi All!

Off topic slightly, but I'm after any advice or ideas! My husband and I are heading to The Big Apple in Dec to celebrate our wedding anniversary (I'm beyond excited!!!!) and I'd love to do something 'cakey' while we are there!

Does anyone have some recommendations on where's the best places to go? I've heard places like Magnolia aren't actually so great anymore, so would love the insiders view?! We are only there for a few days so need to get planning ASAP :)

AI'm very partial to One Girl bakery on Cobble Hill in Brooklyn. I've been a fan and a customer for years, ever since she first opened.

AThere is a quaint little bakery called Two Little Red Hens and if you want a popular place to you can try Max Brenner

Two Little Red Hens 1652 2nd Ave(between 85th St & 86th St)  New York, NY 10028 (212) 452-0476

Max Brenner 841 Broadway(between 13th St & E Union Sq)  New York, NY 10003 Greenwich Village, Union Square (646) 467-8803

AOoh thanks everyone! Two Red Hens was actually on my list already based on googling, so good to know its one to look at!

I'm so excited, OH has said we can do a Broadway show while we are there too, so now I have something else to research as well LOL!

Any other random suggestions/recommendations welcome! :D
