AI am traveling approximately 4 hours with the grooms cake. It is buttercream with ganache poured over the top. It's getting cooler here so the temps might not be an issue. Would the ganache withstand the travel? I might can assemble it there but I don't know yet? Thanks for any feedback.

i deliver cakes in moving boxes--corrugated cardboard and i stick freezer packs in there in a safe way where it won't throw condensation onto the cakes --and i have traveled safely all over with cakes--i deliver my cakes fully chilled too.

most important to me is to keep it out of the sun ergo the closed box--

and if i had to sit on the side of the road for an hour till the tow truck arrived or the traffic jam cleared--the freezer packs will hold the cake perfectly--better than xanax!
