Good afternoon everyone!  I am new to Cake Central.  I am doing cupcakes for a friends wedding.  The wedding is two weeks from today. I did cupcakes for a graduation a while back.  I baked the cupcakes and stored them in a seal tight container a couple of days ahead and when I went to get them out to decorate the liners were all pulling away from the cupcakes.  I work full time and need to get a head start on these for the wedding.  I need to know what is the best way to bake cupcakes ahead of time and the liner stay nice.  I thought about baking them, freezing them and then taking the liner off when it's time to decorate and setting the cupcake down into a new liner.  Does anyone have a better suggestion for me.

THANK YOU!

AYour problem was the air tight tub. You can freeze in cases and they will be fine. You can't really bake cupcakes more than one day in advance as they dry out so easily.
