Hello,

Does any one have a tutorial on how to stack tiered cakes using both the boba straws and cake circles in between each tier?

I have followed instructions and substituted the boba straws for the dowels.  It's a matter of preference, although I do not put a dowel in the center, I just use the straws.

I love the boba straws!

No big changes using straws, you just use fewer of them, so any tutorial will work.

With dowels, it's generally 1 per 1" of cake size above [so if an 8" is going on a 12", you put in 8 dowels} but with straws it's 1 per 2" of cake size above [so in the previous example, you'd put in just 4 straws].

Cake boards are the same size as the cake.  To adhere one tier to the other, I use sticky fondant on top of the straws for fondant cakes and royal icing on the straws for buttercream cakes.
