AI have a customer that want a walnut cake. I've never heard of this kind of cake. I used boxed cake mix for every cake I've ever done. Is this cake like a yellow cake with walnuts folded in or is there more to it than that. Thank you for your help in advance

Think more like a pound cake with walnuts in it.  Google it and you'll find a lot of recipes.  Definitely not a yellow cake.  You can alter the flavor with browned butter, maple syrup, cinnamon or nutmeg.  Walnuts should be highlighted with a cup or more per batch.

Can someone please share with me your best walnut cake recipe. There are so many online and not enough time to try all of them lol. Your help is greatly appreciated. My customer is only wanting a walnut cake is all they said.
