AI am looking for a book that teaches freesia. The book I have is simplifying sugar flowers by Alison Procter. But the instructions and pictures are not very clear. So I am looking for a book that you have found good and that you have been able to follow.

I have Lesley Herbert's Complete Book of Sugar Flowers. On pages 38 through 40 you'll find very good directions for making the freesia.

I hope this helps you.

That's great! It's great that it has what you're looking for, and great that you got a deal. Who doesn't love a bargain?
