Help- Having Trouble Opening The Ganacherator On A Mac- Any Tips?

I'm going to ganache an 8 x 8 cake tomorrow night but need to make the ganache tonight and cannot for the life of me open it on my Mac. I can download the file but it won't let me write on it and add in my dimensions.
Any tips are appreciated! Thanks so much!

Whenever I open Ganacherator on my Mac, it opens up through Numbers. Do you have Numbers?
