My cousin wants a cake like this for her wedding, can I pipe this with cream cheese frosting or do I need to make one using the cream cheese emulsion flavoring?

 if I use the emulsion do I just use my normal buttercream recipe? thanks for the input!

Are you asking because you're concerned about the cream cheese frosting going bad? Here are two recipes for cream cheese frosting that qualify as "non-potentially hazardous" foods:
