AI am making my daughter cake pops, chocolate candy pops, & chocolate covered marshmallows. I need to start making them atleast a day in advance... I've tried placing cake pops in the fridge & when its time to come out they sweat & get moist.... Anyone know the proper way to store them?? AI would store them away from any direct (or indirect) heat or cold. Chocolate should be kept at room temp. I keep mine in a box in my dark pantry so they aren't exposed to any temperature fluctuations - even a bright light or the sun can generate enough heat to melt chocolate.
