I just read this article:

http://www.boston.com/news/science/2013/09/16/chocolate-coming-next-space-station-delivery/GyDJWYnnISx8O1RxECepRJ/story.html

And her comment...  ‘‘It would be really nice to have some fresh home-baked goods, but the fresh part doesn’t work very well when it takes a couple days to get here,’’ Nyberg said. ‘‘So anything chocolate usually does it for me.’’

... made me wonder, do you think a tiered cake in a CakeSafe could survive a trip to space?  The company should get on that.

Yeah. That's right.  I went there.  :)  Is Monday over yet?

AI think we should send a delivery person with the cake, just to be EXTRA safe! I know just the guy for the job. :-D
