Hey Guys,

I have a cake order for a baptism bible cake and my client wants it to feed around 130 people. So my dilemma is that I have no idea of how big I should make the cake. This will be our first cake to feed this many people. Here is a picture the client sent us of what she wants. The size will help me determine how much to actually price the cake at. Please help!

Thank you,

AIf I were you I would go with a half-sheet cake (12"x18") which has 72 party size servings, although you will lose a few servings from the sculpting. Supplement the main cake with another half-sheet kitchen cake, this should get you past 130 (charge for 144 of course, at 1.5x if you use wedding-size servings for pricing).
