Headed For Cake Disaster, Need Help!!!

Emergency... I made a carved dog cake last night. Iced with real buttercream (no shortening) Completely done. This morning I noticed the head leaning. I adjusted it and put more supports. The bcream is so... soft everything seems to be falling apart. I had to remove head already, the fondant sagging, dog now looks like shar pei supposed to be poodle ish.. Its in the fridge. Any suggestions

AScrape off the icing, make a stiffer icing (shortening based) and re-ice. If it's melting, I wouldn't risk using the same kind of icing again.

Thank you, I scraped off what I could, It set up again.  I fixed what I could and delivered it.  3 hrs late but.. it was not an event or party were time was a factor.  The customer was happy in the end.  But I will never do that again.  Thank you again for answering.
