I have a business that would like to use my sheet cakes for the base of their desserts to put in their dessert cases. They don't need to be covered in butter cream, just plain cake as is. They would like 2 angel food cake 1/2 sheets & 2 cream cheese pound cake 1/2 sheets. i will be using my Wilton 11x15 pans to make them in. I'm lost on what I should set for a price for these sheet cakes, I don't want to over price but I also want to make something off of them. What would a far price be for a 1/2 sheet angel food & 1/2 sheet cream pound cake? TIA!
Pricing for these cakes (not decorated), use standard baking industry formula for wholesale - cost of ingredients x 3
