If there is 1200+ Brides expected total , I have confirmed over 900 tickets purchased and at least 300 walk ins expected, plus 25+ additional brides registering each day still and it is a week away.

Yes I searched the archives and already and found one thread from ages ago. Wasn't super informative.

I am doing 4 flavors, my two best sellers, one fall favorite and one spring seller. I am putting them in little 1.5oz cups with lids.

How many samples do I make? My DH is all "500 per flavor"... I am more inclined to 300 per flavor... but I DO NOT want to run out. I do not mind having some left over.

Thank you!

This is my first show an I am seriously trying not to hyperventilate with my head between my legs.

edited to add...... Plus all we are told is the registered and ticket sales for brides... am I to expect that each one is bringing Mom's , Dad's... Fiance's....

Wow! That's a huge show. The (one and only) show I've done was pretty small. I don't know how many were pre-registered but my leads list had right around 100 names. I gave out 225 samples, including to vendors. Keep in mind that not everyone is looking for a cake, and not everyone will want a sample, but some people want to try more than one.

Yes, expect the grooms-to-bes, the moms, the bffs...
