I have to make a three tiered Topsy Turvy cake this will be my first. I need a white cake that will hold well when carving this
cake. Customer is asking for white cake and not sure if there is a white dense pound cake recipe or not. Can anyone share a recipe
that will work for this type of cake? Please help:-) I have been looking for weeks and no luck and need to figure this out today...Your
help is appreciated. Do you know of what filling would work with this... would strawberry, lemon or raspberry hold up?
