OMG!! friends that concerned about this matter!! I finally figured out wha'ts wrong with my cookies!!!

 

I'm using COUNTRY CROCK AS BUTTERRRRR!!!!!! I thought it was butterrrrr!!! what a shame! Just realized I've been using this to make my cakes tooo!!

hehe, when I first moved to the States, I did the same thing. I had never seen it before, it was in the butter section, and I was used to buying my butter in tubs.

Just grabbed it without really reading it, lol.

I can't wait to see your results with dairy butter in stick form (be careful - margarine comes in stick form too).
