I have just bought 2 thermador ovens with convection, one oven says it can proof as well.  the salesman said i should be able to bake breads in it.  I have been debating on buying a bread machine.  Does anyone have an oven they bake bread in VS a bread machine that sits on their countertop?  i have never used either & thus i have never baked bread... LoL
