So I'm having to use frozen raspberries for my raspberry filling instead of fresh.  I can not find fresh ones in any grocery store.

I can't stomach the thought of just tossing the drained juice.  I have over a cup of it.  Does anyone have any ideas of what I can make with the drained juice?

Thank you so much,

Amy

Reduce it down in a sauce pan and add it to your plain frosting to make it raspberry frosting.

I freeze it and when I let myself buy vanilla ice cream, I thaw the raspberry sauce and pour it over the ice cream. Then if I haven't used it all, I freeze it again until the next time.

AI would keep it frozen until I found a recipe to use it in. I'm a pack rat that way. It also helps me to experiment with different things to see how they freeze/defrost/taste after freezing.
