Hi, I am using candy melts and making candy molds for my wedding in October.  I would like to know if I could make the candy molds ahead of time and store them.  How do I store them so they are still good for the wedding. I wouldn't have to make them yet, but I wanted to get them done so it is one less thing to worry about.

Thanks!

AStore in a cool, dark place. Candy coating can be stored up to nine months but is best before six months. I'm not sure about different fillings though. http://www.hungryhappenings.com/p/chocolate-making-tips.html
