AHi all I'm new to cake decorating I've been asked to make a cake that would involve modeling with rkt but my friend is a vegetarian. Are there any alternatives to marshmallow that I could use. Thanks in advance

AI don't know if you were planning on making marshmallows, but if you're going to be making lots of vegan cakes this could become a very useful recipe/ingredient for you. You can buy agar agar from amazon, but I've heard in bigger cities they may have it in the exotic ingredients section of your big chain supermarket. Or a vegetarian specialty store

AThanks for all your help. I live in the english countryside so not many supermarkets would stock it . We do have some health food shops nearby and I've seen online that they may stock it.
