Three suggestions: When you start a thread, place it in the appropriate forum. So if you have a recipe question, use this Recipe forum; if you have business questions for your dream home-bakeshop, use the Cake Decorating Business forum. And the search box is helpful for many questions. Also, you may want to fix your cap lock. All caps "sounds" like shouting. Again, welcome to the forum!
