hello everyone!

  I need an idea of the best way to store Italian Meringue Buttercream.  Now that I have the technique in making it after a few tries, I need to store it overnight.  My cupcakes are decorated with this creamy concoction, but I wonder if I should store at room temp or refrigerate.

I always refrigerate mine.  Cupcakes as well.  Let them come to room temp before serving them.
