Hi CC Ladies & Gents...  I need some help.  I have this recipe for a chocolate cake that is just making me crazy.  It's such a delicious cake and that's why I need to figure out why it's sinking.  The ingredients are as follows:  -Box of chocolate cake mix -16oz Sour Cream -3 Eggs -1/2 C Water (I sub using coffee) -Box of Instant Pudding -1/2 C Melted Butter -Chocolate Chips.  I bake at 325 in 8x2 pans.  For the life of me, I cannot figure out why it is sinking in the middle.  As it's baking it looks beautiful but after removing from oven and letting it cool, it totally sinks.  Any ideas?

When I look at the recipe, I see a lot of liquid & fat--both will make a cake sink.  I'd cut out the butter or half of the sour cream and see how it comes out.
