Next week I am making a multi layer cake for a first birthday party. I want to make the middle layer frosted with light green buttercream and add darker green chevrons. Any suggestions would be appreciated. I have not worked with chevrons before and when I have done other fondant on buttercream they haven't always stayed exactly where I placed them. Please help!
