AHi can anyone help me with a recipe for a Madeira to fill a 9"x13" pan? I have a standard Madeira recipe for an 8"round but am not too sure how to scale it. Have read some of the scaling suggestions but not too mathematically bright! Any help will be appreciated. Thanks. doreen

3 times your recipe should do it :-) that might make it slightly deeper but the math is easier :-)
