Hi all,

I haven't been around for a while, but I am trying to get back into some baking now and would appreciate some help.  I am trying to make a red velvet biscotti with a cream cheese/cheesecake flavored drizzle.  I usually glaze/dip with flavored white chocolate or a powdered sugar glaze. I would love to use an icing that I can use on decorated cookies as well.  Has anyone ever done this? Please share any ideas/recipes.

Thanks,

Kathi

ALorAnn Oils has a cheesecake flavor you could add to your icing. Sounds like a yummy treat

I have that flavoring, but have never tried it in cookie icing.  Will it effect the consistency?  I usually use either Antonia74's royal or GeminiRJ's glace.

Thanks again,

Kathi
