AI bought a double sided lace mold that I liked. What is the purpose of a double sided lace mold? Should I use both sides or just use one side?

AI think it makes a better impression that way too. Never thought about it until you brought it up though. But the one double sided lace mold I do have, makes a better impression than any other.mold that is just one sided.

cakestomuch Alan Tetreault from Global Sugar Art.com has a nice instructional video on double sided silicone lace molds. you'll learn how to use them, and their applications.  The two piece molds makes a fondant piece embossed on both sides, check out the video.
