I have some petal dusts that I would like to turn into lustre dusts. Is there something that I can add to make it shiny/pearlized without losing any color? I have added white lustre dust, but it tends to lighten the color.

Also, where is a good place to buy dusts and highlighters that are in bigger containers than a few grams?

I just came across this super pearl dust. For 2 grams I think it is very expensive. Is this stuff really that much better than some of the others? I only have Wilton right now which I am guessing is probably not one of the better ones, but how does it compare to others?

This super pearl says it is made by Sunflower Sugar Art and you can't tell about the one SweetWise has.

Does anyone know if this is a really shiny gold or silver highlighter? Compared to others? I have seen others that cost a lot more, but I don't know if they are worth it.

Is lustre and sparkle dust the same?

I plan on ordering some stuff from Sweet Wise so if I can get more stuff from one place it saves on shipping.

If someone does not want to post their answer here they can pm me.

This used to be called Jester's discount cake supplies, which is how I have it bookmarked . I have purchased from them for several years and find that it is the best, price-wise, of my sources. I just clicked on it and find that the name is changed but didn't take the time to peruse the site. You might check it out.
