Hi again,

Well, this party is going big.

In addition to the horse head, we are going to make a cake from a multi-pan insert called "Winner's Circle". It's insert # 503-458, and it looks like a horse shoe with a banner/bar across it. It's pretty bare bones as far as I can see. I was thinking that the word"Congrats" or something like that could go across the bar. I have no idea how to color the horse shoe. Does anyone have instructions for this insert. Amy help would be appreciated.

Rosie, I will tell the baker (my older daughter who is doing the baking) to take pictures before my three grandsons get to the cakes.
