AThe cake is iced with buttercream roses on top , buttercream & fondant bottom and fondant flowers all over the top .. Don't need it now for 4 days but don't particularly want to have to remake it for the party if I can get away with freezing it, any tips?

As soon as I covered the bottom part in fondant stripes, my customer posponed the party.   So I put it in a box, wrapped in plastic wrap and put in my freezer.   I figured if it didn't work, I would just peel off the strips and start over....When I needed it, I put it in the frig overnight to thaw.   The next day when I took it out of the box, the fondant was dry as a bone.   Was very excited.   The top with butter cream roses will freeze just fine.

AOh that's good to hear I put it in anyway in a Tupperware box without lid and wrapped in several layers of plastic wrap and foil so fingers crossed it will turn out ok! Should I thaw it overnight in the fridge still wrapped or unwrapped? Thanx 4 advice :-)

AYes. Thaw overnight wrapped...that's what I did.
