this has happened 3 times to me now......i`ve coloured some white rollout fondant with wiltons pink colouring, covered my cake, but the following day my pink fondant has started to turn white and i don`t know why ? any ideas anybody

HI, in my experience, window lights, fourescent lights and any overhead light can make this change. Have had it to happen with purple shades too. Others have said on this site also, that this is some of the reasons.

ADiscolouration has only ever happened to me with Wilton's purple. I have concluded that it is because Wilton's colours suck.
