Hi! I am researching how to make a sugar free cake. I have been asked by someone to make a baby shower cake, but the "mom to be" has pregancy diabetes, and the person throwing the shower is requesting this type of cake. Is it possible to make such a cake that can decorated like a regular cake??

I was asked for the same, for a baby shower in 2 weeks. I found recipes for cakes on the Splenda website, but not much help on frostings, I'm thinking the mom to be could scrape off frosting or MMF. But I'm also wondering how sturdy and or tasty a Splenda cake is.
