AI have a wedding cake this weekend, it will be all buttercream with a messy effect. It will be indoors but will be around 80 degrees. I also have to travel 3 hours to deliver. I live in a small town and don't have access to high ratio shortening... Anyone have a recipe i could use that would be ok for those conditions?? Please and thanks!

I have posted in the recipe section one that's called "2 of everything".  It is a great non-crusting icing that is soooo very easy to work with.  At the end of the post there is information on how to make it crust.  I have used it in weather as you describe w/o problems.   http://cakecentral.com/a/2-icing

This is what another baker suggested for me to do. I did it with 6 separate cakes and it worked wonderful

Good luck
