I have a question about cake pans. Now I'm using Wilton cake pans but for my future cake business should I be using different pans?

Fat Daddyo and Magic Line are much better quality pans.  Though I had some Wilton pans for 30+ yrs and they were used when I got them :)

AI always suggest magic line. They're the best pans I've found. Fat Daddios is good too...but a majority of my pans are magic line and they're great

Magic line, magic line and magic lineicon_smile.gif. Seriously, you will not regret the investment.

Okay on the magic line what do you prefer 2 inches or 3?

A2. Haven't heard too many good things about the 3 inch. A lady on another thread says she uses the 3 inch pans but puts the same amount of batter in them that you put in a 2"
