Hi CCers.  I have tried and tried but been unsuccessful at coming up with a beautiful pink magenta/raspberry color.  Every time I try seems like I get a bubble gum hot neon pink, or I get a dull purplish red.  I work with Wilton and Americolor.

See attachment...look at the cupcakes with the mermaid tails. I need them to be the color of the pink flip flop in the basket!!  How do I get that deep beautiful raspberry/magenta pink?

Thanks!

I found this on a site called ~ from karen's kitchen

Raspberry

Pink and Red Red or 3 parts Rose Pink to 1 part Christmas Red

Not sure if it will be exactly the color you need, but maybe it is a start in the right direction.  Good luck!

I just made a turquoise and magenta (raspberry) baby shower cake. I used Americolor Electric Pink. It was an exact color match for Pantone's Raspberry color.

Thank you!  I think I will experiment with that combo.
