I need to buy some more colors, I haven't purchased any in years other then cheap Wilton gels. So many companies now make dusts and food colors I don't know whom to buy from. I'm picky and I like a lot of pigment in my colors. I want to do more air brushing and painting gum paste flowers.

Any company brand and colors you just can't live with-out?

AI don't do any airbrushing, so I don't know what's best for that, but I prefer Americolor gels to Wilton hands down.
