AHi, I've made a dummy cake for the shop I work in but children keep pulling the heads off my figures or pushing their fingers in the icing so I'm looking for a clear presentation case, something like these I can only find cupcake size :( I need 8 inch and up. Can anyone tell me if they are made for big cakes or any other ideas?

Thank you

ADo you just want something cheap like acetate or are you looking for something long lasting like Perspex? You can definitely get large Perspex ones as I looked into it to put flower sprays in. eBay have loads available of differing sizes if you are looking for Perspex. Just type clear Perspex box into search.

AI found a presentation box at Michaels. They had them near the picture frames, by the triangular flag cases.

AThis is the box I purchased from Michaels. They had other sizes available. My daughter laid it on the side, put some foam core steps inside it, and she uses it to display her tiny glass animals. We also used a bit of clear packing tape on the edge of the lid in case her cousin touched it.’s-Case/fr0525,default,pd.html?cgid=products-framing-displaycases

AYes, Michaels is a craft store in the US. Sorry, I never looked at your link last time (very distracted, I didn't even notice it) and didn't realize you were in the UK. All craft stores I have been in around here have those kind of boxes, so maybe if you still need one at some point, check a craft shop. Glad you were able to figure something out though!
