Does anyone have any idea how to make this cake?

AYou need to have a central core running through the whole cake and you'll put each layer on through it. The central pole will need to be fixed to the base.

AI saw something like this on cake boss, but it was upside down. He had a metal thing in the center, they actually made the thing in their workshop, so it held everything in place.

A lot! I would be at about €10 per portion for this. If not more. There's a lot of skill involved. I usually charge €6 per portion for a "normal" cake.

AAt least about $800, and that would be for a very small one. This looks pretty large, probably $1000 or more depending on serving count.
