Need a WHITE Frosting recipe for making perfect Rosettes (for Rosette cake) that could be piped out easily but sticks to the sides as well once done.

I stay in Rajasthan, India where the room temp is mostly 40+ and all kinds of frosting starts melting within no time. Also there are a few more challenges for me..... The frosting has to be eggless, and i dont find Crisco here....icon_sad.gif So kindly suggest some other kind of shortening that is easily available.

Another thing that I would like to know that will the ratio change if I want to add colour to the white frosting and also a Chocolate Frosting Recipe for the same rosette cake.

ok well from what I've read dalda is very similar to Crisco.i would look up "indeybi's Crisco based butter cream"

but use dalda.

you may also have to omit the "dream whip"

it may not be exactly what you are looking for, but I bet it is a good start.
